Description & Requirements
The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants to deliver projects according to plan. The Project Manager will also define the project’s objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Design
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop full-scale project plans and associated communication documents.
- Determine and assess the need for additional staff and/or consultants and make the appropriate recruitments if necessary during the project cycle.
Project Execution & Monitoring
- Direct and manage project development from beginning to end.
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.
- Monitor and report on project milestones and deliverables.
- Identify and manage project dependencies and critical paths.
Resource Management
- Draft and submit budget proposals and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary.
- Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.
Risk Management
- Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
Quality Assurance
- Ensure that project deliverables meet the quality standards and are completed on time.
Stakeholder Communication
- Coach, mentor, motivate, and supervise project team members and contractors, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.
- Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
- Build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the project.\
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certification is a plus.
- Minimum of [3 years] of experience in project management, with a proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects from start to finish.
- Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
